I want show a deprecation warning only if a argument of a function is set to
False.
def foo(arg1, arg2, arg3 = False):
if not arg3:
arg3 = deprecation.deprecated(arg3, "arg3=False is deprecated.")
But that does not show anything. How do it correctly?

Why does SimpleVocabulary.fromValues/fromItems() not set 'title' ?
Is there any good reason?
Current implementation is unconvenient for non-ascii people.

Your explanations make things very clear.
It was my misuse of SimleVocabulary/SimpleTerm.
I misunderstood the responsibility of token. I didn't notice
that DroopdownWidget renders token only when no title is given.
