[Zope] Problem installing zope products

-2.2.4-src/ directory as you can see from the error mesages. I can't understand why these errors occur. The scripts under zope are all owned by the user nobody. Some help or guidance would be greatly appreciated since these products seem quite powerfull and usefull. Thanks. D
