   Due to the new security policy you can't create anything as superuser.
Add an user account first and use that.

I get the following error when I try to create a new folder as superuser.

Zope Error

   Zope has encountered an error while publishing this resource. 

   Error Type: SuperCannotOwn
   Error Value: Objects cannot be owned by the superuser
