But header files are not 'components', they are used to compile
components, but they, themselves are not the components. Someo people
don;t want to download the source and the binaries. Some don't want them
on the HD for whatever reason. Why force them to?

So, DC, how about a 'devel' package for those who download the binaries,
yet still want the source?
