Make sure that ALL your dtml-in's are wrapped in try/excepts.... we have seen this happened when there is a problem with either the sql or database adaptor.

There's only DCOracle and ZOracleDA installed, nothing more. I cannot see
any other problems on the machine and it does not have that much load.
