As this appears to have been repaired in 119564 above, I'm going
to mark it as resolved.



I'll leave it unconfirmed for now, until I can get around to the
suggestion Harald makes above regarding the similarity of the
tempalates for the portlet localcommand and the plone3_portlet
skeleton.
