Basically, it would be nice if devs had a way to not only populate the
zorba_modules directory, but also update each module in it to the latest
revision. This is slightly non-trivial as there as several reasonable
workflows one might choose to use with bzr for this purpose.

It may make sense to have a separate script, rather than complexifying
DownloadModules itself, since that script needs to be reliable for the
validation queue.
