Mr. Mendelsohn has been responsible for managing development groups
in Oracle's Server Technology division for the last twelve years. His
group is currently responsible for development and product management
of many of the key technologies in the Oracle database and
application server products including the SQL and PL/SQL compilers
and run-time engines, text, data mining, OLAP, globalization,
security, messaging, distributed database, LDAP, and email. He is
currently leading the effort to define and develop future Oracle
database releases.
