ABOUT THE SPEAKERS

Patrick Dierking is a Quality Assurance Analyst with the University
of Minnesota, responsible for infrastructure and application
performance assessment. Prior to joining the University Mr. Dierking
worked for Keane Inc., Target Corporation, and IBM Corporation as a
consultant specializing in leading operating system conversions.
Bernie Miller is Senior Analyst/Programmer with the University of
Minnesota, responsible for PeopleSoft ERP development and
maintenance. Prior to joining the University, he spent over 11 years
as a consultant with Analysts International Corporation.
Claudia Fernandez is the Product Director at LECCOTECH and has more
than seven years of experience in databases and associated
technologies. Prior to joining LECCOTECH in early 2000, she worked as
a Project Manager, leading several software development and data
