Title: Easy access to mail from NAB

This tip was submitted by Drew Holmes, a Systems Administrator in
Memphis, Tenn.

I always have to either open or add mail files for admin purposes. I
usually go into the person's entry in the address book, find the
location of the mail file and then open the database using
File-Database-Open. I added two buttons called "Open Mail File" and
"Add Mail icon" to the button bar on the NAB. Now, all I have to do
is highlight the person's entry and hit the button. I have also
hidden the buttons from the everyday user.

Open Mail File button formula:
@PostedCommand([FileOpenDatabase]; MailServer : MailFile; "";
""; "")

Add Mail Icon button formula:
@PostedCommand([AddDatabase]; MailServer : MailFile)

Hide When formula:
@IsNotMember(@UserName;@DbLookup( "":""; "Server1/ACME" ; "Groups"
;"Notes Support";"Members"))
