CORE IBM PRODUCTS GET ON BOARD WITH J2EE 1.3 | InfoWorld IBM's Websphere application server and DB2 database software have gained certification for the J2EE 1.3 standard. The British Public Records Office has put the 1901 census for England and Wales online. Some pretty legendary folks are among the 32 million countees -- Charlie Chaplin, Florence Nightingale and J.R.R Tolkien to name three. It also lists 90,000 citizens described at the time as "lunatics, imbeciles and feeble-minded people" -- not the kind of language you'd see these days! The site, at www.census.pro.gov.uk, took two years to finish and should be a site to behold for historians and genealogy buffs.
