FOR CRITICAL E-MAIL, SERVICES AVAILABLE FOR A FEE | Associated Press
Some e-mail programs allow one to request receipts, but they can be
ignored and only work if the recipient has the proper software and
settings. Now premium services, generally carrying a fee, are
attempting to bypass these restrictions.

IBM RENEWS FOCUS ON SMALL-BUSINESS PCS | CNET
IBM has introduced a slew of new NetVista desktop PCs aimed at small
and mid-sized businesses, making it the latest PC maker to renew an
effort to gain customers in the so-called SMB market.

TAKE OUR NEW POLL | searchDomino

Lotusphere is upon us. What tops your Lotusphere 2002 wish list?
http://www.searchdomino.com/poll

Previous poll results:

IBM is merging Lotus DevCon with its WebSphere and Solutions
conferences into one Big Blue developers' event called IBM
developerWorks Live! How do you feel about it?

40%: I'm not surprised. IBM thinks WebSphere is more important than
     Domino.
29%: I'm steaming mad! Domino developers deserve their own event.
17%: I'm pleased. Three conferences in one means I get more for less.
14%: I'm not sure. It's too early to tell.

THE MISSING LINK | Australia: Where flirt goes to work

You may not see it in a Qantas commercial, but "the land down under"
offers more than marsupials, an opera house and the Great Barrier
Reef. It also offers an office environment where e-flirting isn't as
taboo as a dingo at a cat show. A study of office workers showed
nearly one-third of them think naughty e-mails at work are OK. Most
of that third are men (surprised?). No matter what they think,
however, naughty talk can still get them in big trouble with the law.
