A computer specialist convinced the military to pay for a T1 Internet line that he said they needed to communicate with troops stationed in Bosnia. But this was allegedly a bunch of Balkan baloney. Investigators say he really used the line to run a for-profit sex show on the Web. Major mistake! The indictment says the T1 cost the Army more than $100,000 between 1997 and 1998.
