Our user base is spread out across multiple locations throughout the United States. Subsets of our iNotes users periodically switch from one location to another. When revisiting a file path naming convention, we decided to include the user's location as part of the file path in order to simplify administration. Recently, when we had to implement our first location change, we experienced a problem when we moved John Doe from "LocationA" to "LocationB". He could no longer synchronize his iNotes subscription. He received the error message "File Does Not Exist" in the Synchronization Status column of the iNotes Sync Manager.
