THE MISSING LINK | Techs aim to build Net at Wimbledon

Andre, Venus, Pete and the rest of the cast of that grassy, classy
drama called Wimbledon will be charging the Net this year like never
before. Fans anywhere with almost any gadget, be it interactive TV,
PC, mobile phone or PDA, can access the action. Wimbledon's own Web
site has launched an SMS text messaging service so fans can get their
match scores from their cell phones. Just wait until a few of those
phones go off in the stands. Can you say "Quiet please"?
