Hi folks,
I hate to seem like a commercial, but if you're a true Lotus junkie you'll definitely want join me this week when I moderate our next Lotus Live! Series Webcast with special guest Ed Brill. Ed, who is a Lotus Software product manager and regular contributor to our SearchDomino Forums, will be speaking about Domino vs. Microsoft Exchange and the business, technical and political considerations that come with choosing a messaging platform.
Ed will be sharing experiences from Lotus' perspective and from the perspectives of partners and customers. It's not always easy to be a Notes and Domino die-hard in a world where Microsoft products are everywhere, but our Webcast should serve as a great forum to delve into the real issues that are impacting your day-to-day lives. This Lotus administrator wanted to create a searchable directory so there would be equality for mobile and LAN users on his system. Thanks to some confusing documentation the only equality he achieved was denying e-mail service to both sets of users making them equally grumpy.
