THE MISSING LINK | Yale alleges an ivory tower break-in
Is Princeton guilty of acting less than princely? Should the school
be in the Poison Ivy League? The answer depends on if you believe
Yale. The Connecticut university has accused Princeton of breaking
into its admissions Web site. What was it after? Yale says the
Princeton perps wanted to know which high school kids got into Yale,
and which ones got shot down. This intrigue sounds like something for
the drama department -- not the admissions department. Princeton
isn't admitting anything, although the school has suspended a dean of
admissions. The FBI is investigating. Maybe this case belongs in the
law school.
