As more iSeries systems are used for e-business, the more susceptible the platform becomes to intrusions. But having a good security policy in place may ward off potential intruders. POLICIES HELP QUELL SOME SECURITY CONCERNS | ePro Magazine Analysts may say that Lotus, Microsoft and Novell are the only combatants worth mentioning in the messaging software war, but vendor Critical Path believes its Web-based messaging system provides a less expensive, more reliable alternative to Lotus Domino and Microsoft Exchange systems and is betting that enterprises will start paying attention. Add this one to the list: flying keyboards. Moscow hosted the first computer keyboard throwing tournament this week where the "athletes" took their keyboards by the cords and hurled them as far as they could. A shot put event for stressed-out computer users! More than 100 people took part in the event, and a bunch of others put their best foot forward in the mouse kicking contest (computer mice of course). Instead of point and click -- it was point and kick! First prize? A new keyboard and mouse!
