Wanted: Domino developers and Notes Administrators for high paying jobs with benefits galore, no travel, no need to relocate and whopping bonuses. Sounds good to me. Unfortunately, I haven't seen any ads like this, though I'm certain many Domino professionals are hopeful.

Is your job safe? Do you know a secret to landing a Domino/Notes job? We'd like you to share some tips on how to get Domino-specific career information. Send us your secrets, advice and concerns about the job market for Domino and Notes IT professionals. Let us know if your skills are still sharp enough, or if you're willing to take a pay cut to land the right job -- or any job, for that matter.
While you're at it, take our Salary Survey, and find out where your salary and compensation match up with your peers. You may be more satisfied than you think.

Also, starting this week, we'll be highlighting some of the nominees for the SearchDomino.com Achiever Awards. So if you haven't done so already, nominate a Domino/Notes professional or team who is deserving of this recognition.
After all, what better resume fodder than an Achiever Award?

Share your career tips and pointers at [EMAIL PROTECTED]

    This Week: In the forums
    >> SOUND OFF in our Sound Off Forum. With its official release just weeks away, have you been dreaming about Domino 6? Take our poll, too.

Administrator Forum: One user writes: "I am running Notes 5.0.10 on a AS400. We currently have our SMTP configuration setup not to allow email relay but now have a need to be able to do that only from a specific address. I have modified the Inbound Relay Controls to allow messages from this IP address to be sent to external Internet addresses but this did not seem to work. Can anyone offer a suggestion?"
Respond to this person's dilemma in the administrator forum.

    Tip of the Week:
    Ask the Administrator Expert
Dear Lotus/Domino administration experts, Is it possible to use formulas or code in LEI on an activity document as part of the field mapping? I'm writing Notes data into an Oracle table, and I'd like to be able to write the date that the data was loaded into a column in the Oracle table. So, I'd like to be able to set that column in Oracle equal to the equivalent of @now.
