A former employee with Intel didn't take his pink slip very well. He slammed the company by spamming it -- sending e-mails dissing the chip maker to nearly 30,000 Intel employees. Incensed Intel wants the law to keep the disgruntled spammer from sending any more rants, claiming that the company's internal e-mail system is private property and that the former worker needs to keep out. The slammin' spammer claims free speech entitles him to click "send." The California Supreme Court now has the pleasure of figuring all this out. Stay tuned.
