On the first server, the IBM Java applet (outline actionbar viewapplet) doesn't work with Sun Java Virtual Machine-enabled browsers. On the second server, the IBM Java applet does work with a Sun JVM-enabled browser, and a Microsoft JVM-enabled browser. I don't know what the difference is in the settings on the servers.
