INTERNET CHURCH BYTES BACK AT BLASPHEMERS | The Missing Link

What would possess someone to do this? The Church of Fools, a Web
site where Christians use 3-D animated figures to worship in a
virtual church, has had some problems with pranksters. You can click
the figures to shout "Hallelujah!" to the whole congregation, but
evidently some people have programmed their figures to spew
expletives and say "Satan loves you." The site organizers have tried
to exorcise the problem by disenabling the talk function. They'll
also cast out (i.e., log off) anyone who misbehaves during the
services.
