ADVICE:  Ask Brian Mahoney: R6 script library 'XXX' error
Dear Brian: I have a script library in a database and the forms have the statement, "use "xxx" in the (Options)." It is fine in R5, but in R6, if a document is forwarded, the user gets the error message, "Illegal parenthesized reference XXX" when they try to open the e-mail. How do I prevent the error other than putting the script library into the mail template (an ugly thought)? Click here to read Brian's expert response.

DOWNLOADS:  Chapter Download: Blocking spammers with DNS blacklists
DNS blacklists are an integral part of any spam-fighting toolkit. That fact that many users on the Internet are updating them means that you get the benefit of blocking a spammer before the first piece of spam even hits you. This chapter from the book The Anti-Spam Tool Kit, by Paul Wolfe, Charlie Scott and Mike Erwin, explains what DNS blacklists are, how they work and how to implement them on a mail server. The chapter also discusses how to decide which DNS blacklist is the best to use for your organization's circumstances.
