Spiraling IT costs led JP Morgan Chase to can IBM outsource plans

JPMorgan Chase canned its multi-billion dollar IT outsourcing contract with IBM because the bank was massively overspending on technology, according to an analysis by consultancy Strassmann Inc. A merger with Bank One also was a factor.

ADVICE:  Ask Brian Mahoney: Enable users to export views
Dear Brian: I have developed a Notes Domino Web-based database and would like to enable my users to export views. I have created an agent to do the export and this works fine when used from Notes client. I have added an action to the view and used the @command(ToolsRunMacro) pointing to the agent. But nothing seems to happen -- i.e., the agent is not run.
