when the company throws a "coming out party" for VS.NET at a
developer trade show. MS also posted the .NET Framework Software
Development Kit on its site. That's a free set of tools and
documentation for releasing .NET programs built with Visual Studio
tools.

SURFING ONLY SIXTH IN TIME-WASTING STAKES | The Missing Link

Killing time at work is an art form, and the advent of the Internet
added a palette of new colors to the mix. But the Net is hardly the
root of all office dilly-dallying, at least not in the U.K. A recent
survey found that making tea, gossiping, cleaning the cubicle,
reading the paper and even gazing out the window were more popular
time killers than Web surfing. In the battle of windows versus
Windows, this round goes to the former.
