Forget spring break. IT professionals would love to go back to school, dragging their users behind them. When SearchWindowsManageability asked IT managers what they'd buy with an unlimited budget for IT services and technologies, most put staff and user training at the top of their lists.

Training is the first thing to go when businesses trim IT budgets, according to our poll respondents. That penny-wise, pound-foolish budgeting puts those companies' investments in network systems at risk. Uneducated end users are "the single largest threat to the integrity of our systems," IT pro Michael Eaton told us. So, if your company untied its pursestrings, what type of training would you implement for your users? What would you study if your company paid you to go back to school? Tell us at [EMAIL PROTECTED].
