I am a programmer and just received a new Windows XP Professional PC. It seems to take a long time to boot up -- around three minutes. I only see the message "Loading personal settings." Cyberbegging sites now belong to everyone from an aspiring opera singer to a woman who can't imagine a world where "someone as talented as me was forced to work."
