Study: Spam a costly nuisance  (SearchWin2000.com)
I think, therefore I'm spammed. A new study shows the tsunami of junk e-mail is costing U.S. firms billions of dollars. And how are those firms dealing with it? Many of them aren't doing a spam thing.

How can I break up a single domain structure?

Prediction prattle
Have you read our Editorial VP's predictions for the coming year? Paul Gillin's crystal ball is super-glued back together (after exploding from shining too brightly last year) and polished to a beautiful shine. His futuristic guesses are being hailed on CNBC, CNNfn and various radio programs. Let us know what you think about Paul's 10 predictions for 2003.

THE MISSING LINK
Made a mistake? Blame the Martians

The next time the network naps, the database dies or the server sinks, don't blame yourself. Blame the Martians. A man in France is using that defense against reckless driving charges. He allegedly crashed through a road block and led police on a high-speed car chase that ended in a wreck. He told police that those little green men (and women) drove him, so to speak, to break the law because they were chasing him. And the guy wasn't even drunk! No word yet if this defense will hold water with the judge. But if the E.T. excuse works, add it to your buck-passing file, and try it out next time you take a trip to the IT Blooper Zone.
