Admins sometimes take this out-of-the-box behavior for granted and are surprised to find that they can no longer access accounts when they upgrade from 5.5 to 2000. The OS is Windows 2000. I backed up the server with Veritas Backup Exec 8.6. Before the installation of the SP3 on Exchange, the backup was OK. After the installation of the service pack, I can't back up the .edb file anymore. The message I get is: "the file is corrupt."
