LEAD STORY
Oracle seeks Microsoft's help in DoJ case  (Bloomberg News)
Oracle may seek the help of archrival Microsoft to fight the Justice Department's suit to block Oracle's takeover bid for PeopleSoft. Lawyers for Oracle admit that Microsoft isn't likely to willingly provide helpful documents from its own antitrust case, so Oracle may resort to subpoenaing them.

THE MISSING LINK
Bristle while you work, cubicles need makeovers

Do the people from that TV show While You Were Out do cubicles? The great American office space is in dire need of a makeover. More than half of the respondents to a recent survey gave their workspace a "C" or lower grade, and 9% wouldn't want mom to see it. Many respondents -- 46% of women and 32% of men -- said that their emotional state is closely tied to the condition of their workspace. So the next time you think you need a vacation, maybe you just need to perform some feng shui and buy a couple of organizers.
