If you are looking for a desktop support credential, Microsoft is offering 20 percent discounts on both exams required for its Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST) certification. If you hurry, you can also qualify for special Charter Membership recognition, which will be granted to the first 5,000 people to earn their MCDST.

I have MCSE2000 and MCSA with messaging. Would you suggest taking the 2000 Exchange Design or the 2003 Exchange Design? There seems to be an interest in the Norfolk area for 2003 upgrades. I am studying to upgrade to MCSE 2003 and wondered which exams to take.
