ASK THE EXPERTS: Client can't get Outlook 2000 to work
Dear Serdar:
I have a Win2000 laptop with different profiles for each network user. I have one user that can't get Outlook 2000 to work. The user can login to the network, gets on the new programs, and is an administrator to the laptop. When this user goes to Outlook, she gets a login screen. No matter what I put in, I can't get it to work. I made sure the login, password and domain are correct. I'm the network administrator. Other users don't have this problem. What should I do?

Just think of it as a pen that drags and drops. And it won't explode in your pants pocket.
