The Missing Link

Free stuff is good; free beer is award-winningly good
[The Register]
Software company Analytical Graphics Inc. in Pennsylvania was named "Best Small Company to Work for in America." What makes it so great? Free beer on Fridays for one. Free laundry service, free meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), free snacks and free soft drinks all week long. Employees also get to use a gym -- for free -- so they don't get too fat and happy. This story begs two questions: How do these people get anything done? And, are they hiring?
