The Missing Link

Sharp 'waists' no time, leans on microwave to zap fat
[Reuters]
Finally -- some technology we can use! Sharp Corp. has made a microwave that burns fat right off the meat. Too bad they can't make a treadmill that does the same thing. The temperature in the oven gets so hot (572 degrees Fahrenheit) that fat, oil and salt don't stand a chance. In other words, if you put a pork rind in there, it will probably vanish before you could say "Dr. Atkins." The ovens should go on sale this fall. No word if a microwave carb killer is in the works.
