Paper Napkin makes rejection e-asier
[Associated Press]
Guys, if you finally convince a lovely lady to give you her e-mail address -- and it ends with "@papernapkin.net" -- don't high-five your buddies or pat yourself on the back. She might as well have given you a phone number that starts with 555. Paper Napkin is a new online service that gives overly persistent fellows the ol' stiff arm (called a "Heisman" in some corners) in a clean, electronic way that spares the object of
affection the trouble and embarrassment of more conventional rejections. When Mr. Clueless sends Miss Not Interested an e-mail @papernapkin.net, he gets a form reply that basically tells him he's got no chance. The service works for men, too.
