People may have already forgotten who won Super Bowl XXXVIII, but evidently no one wants to forget Costume Malfunction I. Eight months after the fact, Janet Jackson's infamous halftime flash remains the most replayed moment in TiVo's brief history. Even the Olympics, which begged for some Herculean TiVoing because of its odd broadcast hours in the U.S., didn't tantalize TiVoers the way Janet's and Justin's 15 frames of fame did.
