The Missing Link

Vioxx trumps Viagra for spam crown
[Reuters]
If there were a musical written about your inbox adventures of the past year, it could easily be called "Spamalot." But porn has lost its crown as spam king. According to AOL, resistible offers for Vioxx, ID theft scams and stock pick information trumped the tawdry stuff for the most "popular" (and we use that word very loosely) junk e-mail of 2004. Evidently, filters are doing a better job stopping the smut, although there's still plenty of e-mail out there that would make Larry Flynt blush.
