Howard Stern can have his satellite radio, because the future of FCC-free radio may well be in the hands of an elite Internet covenant called "podcasters" -- bloggers who use audio files in lieu of text to voice their opinions and then make them available for download onto an MP3 player. The software is free and so is the speech, meaning George Carlin's seven words may be coming to an iPod near you.
