I think we'll have to cancel this month's meeting if we don't get confirmation by tonight. We've been waiting half a week.

I like the idea of alternating. We can make a schedule for the next six months and get the hosts to confirm in advance. Is Thursday still the best day? Is there anybody who can't come because it's Thursday? Or is there anybody who couldn't come if it were moved to another day? (Most likely Wednesday, but definitely not Sat or Sun.) The day is ultimately decided by what the host can accommodate, but we've stuck to the second Thursday mainly so that people can remember it. -- Mike Orr <[email protected]>
