I have a new PyPi module called 'package' that I could talk about. It
addresses the many frustrations I've had with publishing Python packages.
The Python package package package can be found on the Python Package Index,

I don't know if you guys want to hear me talk two months in a row, but I'm
ready, willing and able to speak on the 13th.
