Wow, a lot of topics are coming in. It looks like we'll have plenty of talks for the next half-year. OK, the Postgres speaker is available only in October (she's visiting the northwest), so let's give her first priority for a talk. If not, we can do the NumPy talk. Lion, I can do a small talk on Installation Tools, perhaps alongside one of the major talks. But nose would need a separate talk (Testing Tools) because the topic is so different that we couldn't get into details on both in the same talk.
