Thought the group might find this interesting. Somewhat redundat since
there's obviously overlap between SeaPIG and djangoseattle, but what the
heck, there's always the delete button.

*Zero to Agile in 2.3 Months*
*Presented by William Rowden
Agile Consultant - SolutionsIQ
Co-founder / CTO - Gray Hill Solutions*

In the last two years of Agile development coaching, William has taught the
technical and engineering practices vital to Agile software development to a
variety of clients: a social network service in Seattle, Washington; a
large single source of OEM information in Chihuahua, Chihuahua (Mexico); a
major Asian telecommunication equipment provider in Xi'an, Shaanxi and
Shenzhen (China); and a large provider of fixed telephony in Seattle. In
this experience report William will compare and contrast these actual
enterprise Agile adoptions to each other and to his mental model of an ideal
adoption..

*Bio:*
William Rowden is a ScrumMaster, Agile coach, and trainer at SolutionsIQ,
with expertise in enterprise Agile adoption. A skilled communicator and
collaborator, he has worked with up to 100 managers, testers, and developers
in transition at one time. In addition to teaching technical practices,
William co- trains Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner
courses.

William also brings 7 years of experience to his executive coaching — as
co-founder/CTO of an Agile software company, Gray Hill Solutions, he
developed traffic.511.org, an Advance Traffic Management System, and a
transit route analyzer. His love of languages enhances his development
coaching — he can write in over 20 computer languages (most recently Perl,
C# 3.5, and Java) and two natural languages (English and Spanish), and is
currently studying Mandarin.
