I've attended the meetup group Py events.
It's a very small group that has only had 5 meetings.
The meeting only last for about an hour .
As this is how the organizer has set it up so far.
We started out at a Starbucks.
Then an Amazon employee setup a deal for us to meet in one of AWS
small conference rooms in South Lake Union.
Same building that the Haddop / NoSQL ( http://www.meetup.com/Seattle-Hadoop-HBase-NoSQL-Meetup/
) meetup group uses but in a much smaller area.
Any one thinking about noSQL Hadoop should check this them out,
Bradford has put some good events on and the group has a good turn out
every month.
I am some what new to Python, so am looking for any and all groups
that talk about Python.
I've been trying to make to a SeaPig meeting but the old UW meeting
spot made it hard for me.
Your next meeting sounds good and is in the same South Lake Union
neighborhood as AWS so I hope to make it.
For anyone thinking about coming to the Meeup Py event tonight.
The topic is on debugging in Py
So for well seasoned folks...... I am going to say it's probably a
waste of your time.

We don't know who's organizing these meetups; they have nothing to do
with SeaPIG. I don't monitor any meetup/Twitter/Reddit/This-Or-That
sites so I only hear about them if somebody mentions them here.
If somebody attends, could you see if the organizers know we exist and
have them get in touch with us? It seems like we should be able to
either combine or meetings or at least cross-promote each other's
events.
The next SeaPIG meeting is Thursday, April 14th, at BigDoor.
