Nov - March usually in the 40's to 50's can drop into the 30's.
Bu rarely much below the 30's unless you live in the foot hill areas.
We do get snowed in and it shuts down the city every couple of years.
But the snow rarely last more than a few weeks.
And given your time in MN you have a good laugh at this when it does
happen.
All the snow you want is a few hours away on I-90 or other Mtn passes
or Oregon or BC.
Can be some amazing skiing depend on the year.
Sept and Oct can be killer months nice 65 - 75 degree sunny days
depending on the year.
It more light drizzle's + grey overcast type days in the winter than
anything else.... which why everyone thinks it's rains so much.
Me I'll take rain over snow, given I can drive to the snow when I want
it.

Speaking winter, how cold does it get out here? I mean, I know it's
going to be warmer than Minnesota, but that's not saying much, given
that Minnesota winters are closer to Hoth than any earthly climate.

Oh and Rohit .......... enjoy all these warm summer sunshine days
that you can now.
While we don't get sub-zero winters or even much snow at all in
Seattle during the winters.
But do get ready for the "grey tunnel" of cloudy and drizzle
days ............. all winter long.
A visit to Mexico or Hawaii in January makes Seattle winters all
that much easier than 4 feet of snow any old day.

Hello,
I'm a new transplant from Minneapolis. I used to be quite involved
with the Minnesota Python user group (PyMNtos) and I thought I'd
just carry that involvement over when I moved to Seattle. I'm just
wondering when the next meeting is, since the website (http://seapig.org/
right?) still has the details for last month's meeting.
Thanks,
