What are you looking for in a reindent plugin?
This plugin works fairly well for my typical use case of re-flowing long lines:
http://bitbucket.org/StephaneBunel/pythonpep8autoformat
However, it's not advanced enough to try, like PyCharm, to correct
"wrong" indentation, although that feature barely ever works correctly
in PyCharm.
