[SEAPY] no February meeting scheduled

hi all,

Several factors have made it difficult to schedule a February SeaPIG 
meeting (cold/flu season, holidays, lack of presenters).
So I wanted to formally acknowledge that there is no meeting scheduled 
for February.

SeaPIG is crowd-organized so if anyone wants to put on a meeting or 
hands-on event, feel free to speak up.  If you just need a venue, I may 
be able to help.

Anyone working on a PyCpn presentation who would like to give a preview 
in late February or early March?
