For the record: I'd do one on something:

 - wrapping C++ with Cython
 - Drawing with wxPython
 - numpy intro
 - porting a scientific desktop C++ app to the web with Python

It would also be cool to do a intro to programming ofr kids event, like
they did at PyCon -- I"d be interesting on working on that.
