A couple of options you may not have considered:

1.  UW Professional And Continuing Education does customized training courses.  
The topics you list are at least partially covered by their Programming in 
Python certificate.  You might be able to get something good through them for a 
lower price that a private company (and probably better tailored to your needs, 
as well).

2.  There's a Python bootcamp coming to Seattle in September that is a 
fantastic intro to python.  You should strongly consider it for your first 
point.  The course is excellent and covers a majority of the Python language
