I do not know hte full answer, as some people can get lilo to boot NT.
But one thing to keep in mind - the lilo boot loader does not know about
ANY file system,  It just knows where on the disk the information it
wants is.  (At least untill you move it, and do not update the map
file.)  When booting other O/Ss, lilo uses a boot loader that basicly
changes to the O/S's own boot loader.  This is a simplifed version.  For
the full version, check the lilo docs.
