I can install redhat 5.x and 6.x on my box but failed to install
redhat 7.1 , why ? Is there anything changed ?
I tried to append the " linux root=/dev/hda3" and " hdc=cdrom" line
in boot prompt , but it still failed !
I've got such problem when I install Mandrake 8.0 but it's OK after
I use another boot image . So is there any other boot disk image
available for me to install the OS on my computer ?
My hardware show as below :
mainboard : ecs p6vaa with via chipset(693A/686A)
harddisk : 4.3
CPU : C II 766
RAM : 64 M
...
